Through the years machines have changed, processses have changed, and ways of living also have changed. Texas is now one of the top 5 fastest growing populations. With so many people coming to Texas, our agriculture is going down. New houses and appartments are coming up to shelter all of these new people. While this population is growing our farming population is decreasing. Even though we might not have lots of farms anymore, on the plus side we have more busyness and different ways to grow crops. Instead of going out on the farm picking every single crop by hand, we have machines that can do that in half a day. Instead of just guessing when animals are sick me have people that went to school just to be a vet. Me might think thatThe growing population is bad, but with out it, we wouldnt have been able to have people that know so much about making this country more advanced.Technology has been a viable part of higher productivity in agriculture. Innovations such as tractors, seeds, chemicals, irrigation measures, fertilizers, pesticides, and genetic engineering have played a major part in raising yields without having to clear more fields. But is technology the key to ensuring sustainable agriculture for a growing population. With more people, we need more roads. Roads have ben put up inplace of having farms. Constructors put more effort into taking down our trees and plants to place buildings and extra things we dont need . Schools are expanding because more kids are inrolling. The global population boom has coincided with the improvement of health, and of productivity, around the world. On average, the human population today lives longer, eats better, produces more, and consumes more than at any other time period in the past . soil exhaustion, loss of forests, air and water pollution, and degradation of coastlines afflict many areas. As the world’s population grows, improving living standards without destroying the environment is a global challenge. Many countries have tripled or even quadrupled the amount of grain they produce. Unfortunately, yields have been decreasing while population continues to increase. Grain yields per hectare have been slowing since 1990, rising only 3 percent from 1990-1996 or 0.5 percent per year. With the growth of population more people are living longer, since Everyone is healthier. Technology is trying to keep up with our growth but to me i think they are way ahead lol. I believe that soon we will be able to have many different ways to work with technology. Its Crazy to see how much things have changed in the time that ive ben around. When i was bornEveryone had flip phones, when i was getting older the blackberrys and the first iphones came Out. Tractors and milk machines get more improved, gatings and farms get more developed.
