So many men so many minds, they say. In this situation it is important to remain calm and to be able to solve the conflict as faster as it is possible. Conflicts at the workplace ruin the atmosphere and do not make it possible to continue performing tasks. Thus, it is really important to be able to resolve conflicts at the workplace and do it invisible for other employees.
Working at the company, I faced the problem that many people wanted to provide their personal opinion without noticing others, sometimes even better thoughts. The work of our Human Resource manager was perfect in such cases. She tried to solve the problem immediately by means of providing the active communication strategy expressing her personal ideas about what was wrong. If this did not work, she involved the whole department into communication and tried to encourage everybody to consider the problem and offer some reasonable resolving.
In this case, the problem stopped to be the problem anymore and became the task which had to be done.
