Mississippi will need to come up with a program that will not only assist them
with their addiction but also make sure they maintain.  Mississippi has a 30 day, 60 day, or 90 day
program that can assist them while trying battle their addictions and after
their done with either of those time periods they are on their own which can
lead to becoming back addicted to drugs and alcohol.  The goal would be to help them get rid of their
addiction as well as stay clean for the remainder of their lives.  This program will take the community coming
together as one and being able to be there for one another in order for it to
